Shipping

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Cost

Prices are held in pounds and converted at checkout, so the US figure moves slightly with the exchange rate. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.

Dispatch and delivery

In-stock items are dispatched the next business day and delivered domestically — from our US warehouse to US addresses, from the UK to UK addresses. Allow 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order items are forged after you order. Allow about two weeks from order to delivery in either country.

Engraved items are always made to order, because engraving is done in our UK workshop. Allow about two weeks. In-stock items cannot be engraved.

Every product page shows an estimated arrival date for your address before you buy.

Import duties

Orders to US addresses are dispatched within the United States, and orders to UK addresses are dispatched within the United Kingdom. Your order does not cross a border on its way to you, so there are no import duties or customs charges to pay on delivery.

Split shipments

If an order contains both an in-stock item and a made-to-order item, they may arrive separately. We dispatch the in-stock item straight away rather than holding it. You receive tracking for each parcel and you are not charged shipping twice.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your parcel is dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, email craftstudio291@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier and resolve it.

Christmas

Order-by dates for Christmas delivery are published on our homepage from late November. In-stock items can be ordered considerably later than made-to-order items.
