Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to tell us something isn't right. Email craftstudio291@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back — we can usually solve it faster than a return.
Unworn, unengraved items
Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, in original condition and packaging.
You pay return postage, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — then we cover it.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 working days of the item reaching us.
Wrong size
If your ring doesn't fit, we'll make you a new one in the right size, free of charge. One exchange per item, within 30 days, on unworn and unengraved pieces. You cover postage back to us; we cover making the replacement and sending it out.
The same applies to a cuff bracelet that's genuinely the wrong length. Most of our cuffs flex, so try adjusting the gap by hand first.
If you're unsure of your size before ordering, email us and we'll help you measure.
Engraved and personalised items
Engraved pieces are cut to your instruction and cannot be resold, so we cannot accept them back for a change of mind.
If the engraving doesn't match what you asked for, the piece arrives damaged, or there's a fault in the making, we will replace it or refund you in full.
Please check your engraving text carefully at checkout. We cut exactly what is typed in the box, including spelling.
Faulty or damaged items
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including postage both ways.
How to start a return
Email craftstudio291@gmail.com with your order number and a short description. You will receive a reply within one business day and a return address.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. UK customers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to cancel most distance-sold orders within 14 days of delivery. Customers in the United States have rights under applicable state and federal law.
